Important – Please Read: The Following Airplane Shop Rewards program describes the terms and conditions that apply to the program. By using your Airplane Shop Loyalty account, you agree to the terms of this agreement.
General Terms:
The Airplane Shop Rewards account is issued to you by The Airplane Shop. You will receive rewards points for every dollar spent that can be redeemed for coupons towards purchases only at The Airplane Shop. No credit card or credit line is associated with this rewards account. Unless otherwise required by law, any value on the account for coupon or points is non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. You can check the balance of points or coupon value at any time by visiting www.airplaneshop.com and logging in.
We reserve the right to correct the balance of points or coupon value if we believe a clerical, billing or accounting error has occurred. If you have any questions regarding an error, we will investigate to determine if any adjustment is necessary. The Airplane Shop is not responsible for unauthorized use of your reward account. Please report any unauthorized activity.

Rewards Program:
Each customer will receive 1 point for each $1.00 USD of merchandise spent with The Airplane Shop at any of our store locations or www.airplaneshop.com . Points begin accumulation from the date of issuance of The Airplane Shop Loyalty account.
150 points = $10.00 coupon reward.
Customer may decide to hold onto the points for future redemption or redeem points for reward value at any time a reward is achieved. Points expire 365 days from date of issuance if not redeemed. Rewards expire 90 days from the date of issuance if not redeemed.
All currently Airplane Shop rewards customers will have their VIP Status based on prior enrollment. All previous lifetime points will be included in the new program. Any current or outstanding points or rewards balances have been transferred to the new program and are subject to the new program rules.
VIP Status
Reach $2,000 lifetime purchases* to achieve VIP Status and receive 600 Bonus points. Once you achieve VIP Status, account will receive 1.5 Points for every $1.00 spent.
Silver VIP Status
Reach $5,000 lifetime purchases* to achieve Silver VIP Status and receive 900 Bonus points. Rewards account will receive 2 points for every $1.00 spent once VIP Status is achieved.
Gold VIP Status
Reach $10,000 lifetime purchases* to achieve Gold VIP Status and receive 1,200 Bonus points. Rewards account will receive 2.5 points for every $1.00 spent once Gold VIP Status is achieved.
*lifetime purchased are equal to all purchases of product, excluding shipping and tax, earned on a rewards program from the date of issuance and include those points already converted to coupon value.
The Airplane Shop Rewards program terms and conditions may be amended at any time without prior notification. Terms and conditions may be updated on the portal without notification. Please make sure to keep us your current email address and information up to date in the loyalty system. We may suspend or terminate this program at any time without notice or liability.
Memberships are not transferable. Membership or access to the program can be revoked at any time. No individually created accounts cannot be combined. All currency is USD.
Governing law – State of New Jersey, USA.
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey notwithstanding any conflict of law rules.
