Phone Orders
Place your order by calling the toll free line at 800-752-6346 weekdays, 9am-6pm and Saturdays, 10am-4pm. Please have your credit card ready when placing an order. Representatives can confirm availability of all items. Credit cards are not charged until orders are ready to be shipped.
Fax Orders
Fax completed order forms with credit card information and day time telephone number to 973-882-4566, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Mail Orders
Complete order forms with payment information including daytime telephone number and mail it to The Airplane Shop, 24 Stewart Place, Unit 4, Fairfield, New Jersey 07004.
Gift Orders
For each gift order, we'll send your gifts wrapped in our special decorative paper for only $5.00 each. Use item number GFWRP and add it to your cart or order form.
Note: Credit card, check, and money order payments are accepted. Sorry, no CODs.
Gift Cards
Gift Cards are available in increments of $25.00. They will be sent with your personal message and latest edition of our catalog. Use item numbers GIFTCARD25 for $25, GIFTCARD50 for $50.00, GIFTCARD75 for $75, and GIFTCARD100 for $100 and add it to your cart or order form.

Standard Delivery in the USA
Domestic orders are shipped within three business days via Ground Service and are delivered within 3-15 business days. If there is any delay, you will be notified.

These orders are shipped via Air Parcel Post.
Delivery outside the USA
Our shopping cart will calculate shipping during checkout process based on the size, weight, method of shipping and destination of the order.
