Ordering

Phone Orders

Place your order by calling the toll free line at 800-752-6346 weekdays, 9am-6pm and Saturdays, 10am-4pm. Please have your credit card ready when placing an order. Representatives can confirm availability of all items. Credit cards are not charged until orders are ready to be shipped.

Fax Orders

Fax completed order forms with credit card information and day time telephone number to 973-882-4566, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Mail Orders

Complete order forms with payment information including day time telephone number and mail it to The Airplane Shop, 24 Stewart Place, Unit 4, Fairfield, New Jersey 07004.

Gift Orders

For each gift order, we'll send your gifts wrapped in our special decorative paper for only $5.00 each. Use item number GFWRP and add it to your cart or order form.

Note: Credit card, check, and money order payments are accepted. Sorry, no CODs.

Gift Cards

Gift Cards are available in increments of $25.00. They will be sent with your personal message and latest edition of our catalog. Use item numbers GIFTCARD25 for $25, GIFTCARD50 for $50.00, GIFTCARD75 for $75, and GIFTCARD100 for $100 and add it to your cart or order form.

The Airplane Shop Return/Refund Policy:

Should you receive a defective model, please contact our office at 1-800-752-6346, 973-244-1203 or [email protected] within 7 days for a return authorization. At that time a replacement will also be sent. (you will be charged for replacement until the defective model is returned). If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you must return it within 30 days for credit, exchange or refund. Models should be in their original packaging and condition. This does not require a return authorization, however please make sure you include paperwork in the box indicating your instructions.

Refund will be for product only. Original shipping and return shipping not refundable.
